I save a lot of workout plans on my Pinterest board but rarely use them. I’ve also been in somewhat of a workout funk. I don’t really feel motivated. So this past week, I decided I would try to re-motivate myself by mixing up my routine and start trying my saved workouts.
The great thing about Pinterest is if I decide I don’t like them I can delete them and make room on my board. Plus it’s an easy way to organize something like this.
Workout Plan 1
The first plan I am using is this “Fire Up Your Core Circuit Workout”. A circuit is a small set of exercises as you can see in the picture below. This workout combine 3 circuits total. Oh man, this sure kicked my butt the first day! I was even sore for a few days following.
As annoying as it is to be sore, that’s just what I needed. To work on muscles that apparently weren’t getting worked. I highly suggest trying this or any type of circuit workout. Once I got the hang of it, I was able to complete the exercises more quickly. I was tired and sweaty at the end, which makes for a successful gym time if you ask me.
